Organisational Development and Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development and Engagement Partner to join our team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of organisational development, engagement, and improvement activities across the Trust and the wider healthcare system.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training and organisational development interventions to enhance workplace culture and improve patient care.
- Facilitate focus groups and deliver presentations to engage staff and promote a supportive environment.
- Manage organisational surveys, data interpretation, and quality assurance frameworks to drive positive change.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to implement quality improvement programmes and support staff development.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on organisational development and engagement strategies to senior leaders and managers.

Requirements- Up-to-date knowledge of training, delivery, and organisational development.
- Current knowledge of a range of OD theories and methodologies.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Demonstrate understanding of acute hospital culture, systems, and processes.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Training, Teaching, and Facilitation qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development.
- Ability to work across the geographical area; travelling to other hospital sites.
- Flexibility to attend meetings outside core working hours.
- Ability to work with clinical staff in clinical settings if required.
