We are seeking a qualified Domestic Retrofit Assessor to join our team in Shropshire, working nationwide. Our organization has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality energy assessment and retrofit services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable organization, delivering expert energy efficiency advice to clients across the country. As a Domestic Retrofit Assessor, you will be responsible for undertaking on-site energy assessments, producing detailed reports, and providing recommendations for energy-saving improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake on-site energy assessments of domestic properties
  • Produce detailed energy performance reports and certificates
  • Make recommendations for energy-saving improvements
  • Undertake retrofit assessments in accordance with industry standards
  • Provide specialist advice on energy efficiency measures

Requirements:

  • Accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor
  • Accreditation as a Retrofit Assessor
  • Experience with retrofit in the domestic sector
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building physics
  • Self-organised with good time management and IT skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £31,000 per year, with additional benefits including a company car, company pension, and on-site parking.
