About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory, a leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, gifts, and dressings. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, upselling on till products
- Price and merchandise stock and products correctly
- Work with the team to unload and unpack deliveries
- Assist with stock takes, which may include working outside normal store hours
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a positive attitude, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
