As Culinary Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Training and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional food
  • Driving targets and achieving culinary excellence
  • Kitchen management: ordering, preparation, and stock control
  • Working with our branded menu
  • Ensuring your team adheres to health and hygiene regulations

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the requirements of the role, as well as the location and company.
