Your new company, Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team on a long-term basis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Multi Trader to work on residential refurbishment projects in the Wandsworth area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in carpentry, painting, and plastering, and will be able to work independently and effectively communicate with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel between properties in Wandsworth to complete refurbishment work
  • Work exclusively on fitting new floors, bathrooms, and kitchens
  • Perform minor painting, decorating, and plastering work
  • Work off a list of properties that need work done, with varying amounts of work per week
  • Provide own tools for the job
  • Be paid for 40 hours per week on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Must have a van for this role
  • Will be provided with a Parking Permit for completing work and parking near jobs
  • Must be an experienced Multi Trader with experience in carpentry, painting, and plastering
  • Do not require a CSCS card for this position
  • Must provide Hays with an up-to-date reference
