Key Responsibilities:- Support the contract management team in delivering projects of a value between £250k - £1mil.
- Organize and chair internal handover meetings with the project team.
- Liaise with the H&S manager to ensure health and safety policies and good practices are enforced.
- Manage the project team to ensure pre-construction activities are completed in accordance with the programme.
- Monitor and manage health and safety on the project.
- Oversee the project team to ensure the project is delivered successfully and to programme.
- Review the programme / critical path against progress and report to the management team.
- Liaise regularly with the site manager or site-based project manager and oversee all of their duties.
- Assist the site manager or site-based project manager with problems or issues as they arise.
- Report any significant problems or issues on the project to the line manager as soon as they arise.
- SMSTS and/or CSCS Card.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence.
