GLL is seeking a Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) to work at one of our centres in a full-time permanent role. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for supervising customers in the pool, setting up equipment, and delivering first-class customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and cleaning the pool area
  • Setting up equipment
  • Delivering first-class customer service
  • Dealing with customer queries

When not poolside, you will be a key support to your team on a daily basis, assisting with the preparation of studios, gyms, or sports halls for various activities, as well as the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
