You'll be supported by our inspiring General Manager, Jake McHugh, and will provide leadership to our Food and Beverage team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our busy restaurant.
We want to help you develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities. The successful candidate will have worked in a busy restaurant environment and be able to lead, motivate, and support their team members to achieve success.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven, including weekends. You'll have a fully flexible approach, with working patterns including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required. Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include 7am to 3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 5pm-1am.
The salary for this full-time position is £26,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, aligned to your experience, Hastings Hotels offer a range of benefits, including free staff meals, employee discounts, 29 days' holiday plus your birthday, and opportunities for career progression and development.
