We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, a respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send Letters of Authority (LOA's) to clients for signature
  • Send LOA's and requests for information to providers
  • Chase information from providers
  • Create case tasks
  • Receive new cases from advisers and set up clients in salesforce

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners or a Provider, such as Royal London or AJ Bell
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to 'push' for information when not getting the desired response
  • Product knowledge and willingness to progress with industry-related exams
