Early Years Practitioner

Job Description:
St. George's Nursery is seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs for babies and young children. Your primary duties will include observing and assessing the children's development, implementing individualized learning plans, and maintaining open lines of communication with the children and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about working with babies and young children and their families. You will also have a willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members to provide the best possible care and education for the children.
This is a full-time position, and the estimated salary range for this role is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about early years education, we encourage you to apply.
