Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Firing Units Design Engineer to join our team at Gold Group Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of firing units, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for firing unit design and development, in collaboration with other skill domains.
  • Lead and coordinate resources to deliver project tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Apply relevant development methods and processes to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate and support technical problem-solving and analysis, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  • Report progress and issues to the Engineering Project Manager and line manager, providing regular updates and recommendations.
  • Provide schedule and cost estimates for tasks, validated by line manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in design analysis engineering, with experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
