The Role

The Senior Prudential Risk Manager will be responsible for managing the bank's prudential risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying potential risks to the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the bank's prudential risk management framework
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the bank
  • Model risk management, including experience with ECL
  • Managing the Climate Risk Assessment
  • Providing guidance and support to other members of the risk management team

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Capital, Market, and Liquidity requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead on the implementation of regulatory change
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
