Job Title: Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Basildon, Essex. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE and a strong ability to build on an existing workload.

About the Role:

The Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our clients, working under pressure both independently and as part of a team. The workload is wide and varied, comprising Debt recovery, Negligence claims, Landlord and tenant matters, Civil disputes, and Boundary disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with and attendance on clients
  • Production of advice and guidance as appropriate to the client
  • Effective support to client throughout transactions
  • Timely acknowledgment of and progression of client calls and queries
  • Engagement with other parties involved in matters ensuring precise, timely, and comprehensive communication
  • Escalation of queries where required
  • Management of the acquisition, analysis, exchange, and administration of relevant documentation engaging other team members as appropriate
  • Management of own cases as appropriate
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build on an existing workload, a high-quality service to our clients, and the ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
