Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing are kept in the highest regard at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Activate, welcoming guests with passion, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Work across various areas of the venue, holding multiple roles from reception to party hosting, and ensuring games are operating smoothly.
  • Conduct and engage guests in their safety briefing following training and induction.
  • Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times.
  • Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work.
  • Uphold venue rules and follow working regulations as set out in the employee handbook.
  • Report maintenance issues and escalate complaints to your manager swiftly and professionally.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Capacity to work in various areas of the park.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Fantastic teamwork and communication skills.
  • Be personable, engaging, positive, and bubbly.

Working Conditions

Our team members work various hours each week, with a minimum of two shifts weekly, on a flexible contract. Flexibility is essential, as team members will work a mixture of daytime/evenings and weekends, with opening hours from 10am-10pm, 7 days a week.
