Employment Solicitor - Complex Contentious and Non-Contentious Matters

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters with a predominantly respondent client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting on complex employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases
  • Providing specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals
  • Working with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support
  • Located in the Cardiff office, easily commutable from surrounding areas

Requirements

  • Employment Solicitor with at least 1 year post qualification experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
