Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team at IO Associates. As a Security Cleared Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing civil structures, conducting on-site inspections, and supervising technical design packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze civil structures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of various assets to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Supervise one or multiple technical design packages, setting project objectives and overseeing designer performance.
  • Provide technical management guidance to designers and engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Active Security Clearance (SC).
  • Preferably Chartered Engineer - CEng.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques employed for Nuclear Safety related structures and buildings.
  • Designing experience of heavy civil engineering and building structures, particularly in dock structures.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques employed for Nuclear Safety related structures.
