Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, developing, managing, and organizing projects that benefit both individuals and organizations in the community
  • Managing and evaluating the needs, skills, and abilities of individuals undertaking Unpaid Work
  • Undertaking health and safety assessments and site assessments, demonstrating safe systems of work
  • Promoting pro-social modeling, challenging inappropriate behavior, attitudes, or language
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Justice System
  • Confidence and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • SVQ III or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in supervising/instructing people in work tasks, using power/hand tools, and driving a range of vehicles
