Teaching Role for a Qualified Montessori Educator

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Montessori educator to join our team in Gerrards Cross. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Montessori curriculum to children aged 2-5 years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Montessori ethos and be able to nurture this amongst their colleagues. Building excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is essential for this role.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £29,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits including further training opportunities, discounts on childcare fees, and a fun social events throughout the year.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the Montessori curriculum within your room
  • Nurturing understanding of the Montessori ethos amongst your colleagues
  • Building excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Promoting child welfare and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Montessori teaching qualification from a recognised provider, strong knowledge of and experience in delivering EYFS and children's learning and development, and strong planning and organisational skills.
