Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to delegates and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to ensure the successful delivery of events and conferences.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Work flexibly and be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
