Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our Commercial Programme team. As a key member of our construction team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects across the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on assigned projects, promoting a positive HSE culture among all stakeholders.
- Safeguard the quality of work by identifying deviations or deficiencies and addressing them promptly.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review contractor documentation for content, quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Field Engineer, Site Engineer, NEC Supervisor, or Clerk of Works in the construction or civil engineering sectors, managing multi-year projects valued at up to £10 million.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to work.
