Job Title: Associate Contract

My client, a leading provider of e-scooter and e-bike services, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Technician to join their team in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing their fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and diagnose issues with e-scooters and e-bikes that arrive in the warehouse, ensuring prompt and efficient repair.
  • Repair vehicles to the highest standards, maximizing operational vehicles for customers and minimizing inactive vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring a smooth transition of vehicles in and out.
  • Assist with inventory management and monitoring spare parts and supplies.
Requirements:
  • A hands-on attitude, with a passion for two-wheelers and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.
  • Work conscientiously and with a focus on safety, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience with the repair of automobiles, bicycles, e-bikes, or e-scooters is desirable, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
