Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and deliver occupational therapy services within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, using the BIRT Neurobehavioral model.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals with complex neurological conditions, focused on both rehabilitation and independence.
  • Work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centred care.
  • Maintain compliance with RCOT standards and contribute to clinical governance, service innovation, and care quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, with registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in managing complex cases and providing high-quality care in neurological rehabilitation.
