We are seeking a compassionate Care Companion to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping individuals maintain relationships with family and friends. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing empathetic and caring support to individuals with disabilities
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Helping individuals maintain relationships with family and friends
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
