Job Overview

This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to start your career in the mobile games industry, collaborating with colleagues across EMEA and the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Logs and Reporting: Review and contribute to regular legal transaction logs and reports, including contract status, deal summaries, analysis, and execution process.
  • Legal Support: Assist business affairs attorneys with matters related to game development, production, marketing, distribution, and licensing, as well as corporate affairs. This may involve proofreading contracts and communicating with internal partners.
  • Research and Knowledge Management: Help the Legal team with conducting research on various areas of law relevant to Take-Two's mobile business.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with contract management systems.
  • Interest in working with international companies and assisting with matters applicable to mobile game development, promotion, and monetization.
  • Understanding of key contractual principles under English law, such as warranties, representations, indemnities, and remoteness of damages.
  • Previous experience as a paralegal or similar role in a legal department at an international company, or completion of a degree/diploma in law.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property law and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
