About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at BOXPARK - Head Office. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of our high-volume business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tenants and resolve operational concerns
  • Effectively manage the on-site team and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with the operations of the Boxpark bar teams
  • Manage contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance, waste, and other services
  • Implement and monitor health and safety systems
  • SOURCE BEST VALUE AND IMPLEMENT EFFICIENCIES
  • Assist with the production and execution of events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operating a high-volume business, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of bars, tenants, lease agreements, and licensing
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
