About the Role

As a Commercial Underwriter at RSA, you will play a key role in working with selected brokers to optimize profitable growth from existing and new accounts. You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management, and business development techniques to identify, discuss, negotiate, and secure new and existing business opportunities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in Commercial Underwriting, either from an insurance company background or a broking background. You will need to build strong relationships with brokers to win new business and secure existing opportunities. Your ability to analyze risks, make informed underwriting decisions, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
