Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled Precision Engineering Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and manufacturing small-batch aerospace components from engineering drawings to tight limits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including the ability to set/operate and manufacture components from drawings to tight limits, set CNC and Manual Gear Cutting Machine Tools for operators as needed, manufacture components within agreed timescales and to quality standard, use measuring equipment to check components, complete manufacturing paperwork correctly, maintain high housekeeping standards, and create and maintain a safe working environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including health care cash plan, contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme, enhanced holiday, life assurance, company sick pay scheme, and free car parking.

The successful candidate will have a strong GCSE profile in English and Maths (C or above), programming training courses, ability to read engineering drawings, set gear cutting machines, and use measuring equipment, and computer literacy.
