Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at ClearCourse. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our software development teams by analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down high-level product overview documents into deliverable INVEST stories
  • Translate User Stories into GIVEN, WHEN, THEN "Feature Files"
  • Ability to translate complex scenarios into visual format process flows, mind maps, sequence diagrams, other collateral the team may need to communicate requirements
  • First-hand experience of working with API-based products and features
  • Use of tools such as Postman or Swagger to observe behavior of APIs
  • Technical awareness and experience of a microservice-architected platform
  • Experience of working in an Agile software development environment
  • Experience of working in Card Payments and/or Direct Debits
  • 3-5 years of Technical Business Analyst experience in a software development environment for an API-based product
