The Role
As a Project Manager within the capital projects area, your primary responsibility is to ensure that network-related projects and programs are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. This involves working closely with Project Engineers to deliver projects from start to finish, while also developing sustainable project management capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure network-related projects and programs are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
- Work closely with Project Engineers to deliver projects from start to finish.
- Develop sustainable project management capabilities within the organization.
- Manage or undertake scheduled asset maintenance on switch-gear and transformers.
- Experience and understanding of contract management principles (e.g. NZS3910).
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
