We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Drama Instructor at Wayman Group. As a key member of our Performing Arts team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students aged 11-18.

About the Job:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement the Drama curriculum

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Drama or related field
  • PGCE or QTS qualification
  • Proven experience in teaching Drama to KS3/4 students

Salary: circa £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
