About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Operations Executive to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our expert Cisco sales team in an admin capacity, while delivering a highly professional customer experience in a fast-paced industry that offers true personal advancement and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily order loading and quote activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide exceptional support to the sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Own customer queries, resolving them in a timely and professional manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
