Granicus GovService Developer

We are seeking an experienced Granicus GovService Developer to join our team at the London Borough of Hounslow. As a key member of our Transforming Community Experience (TCE) Programme, you will be responsible for developing front-end forms and back-end processes on the Granicus govService platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrations between govService and back-office systems like Civica APP, NEC Housing, and Bartec.
• Provide expertise on govService development within the wider team.
• Ensure high-quality solutions are developed and well-documented.
• Collaborate with the TCE project team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Test, maintain, and upgrade existing functionality to ensure it meets our needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience developing forms, processes, and integrations using govService.
• Ability to develop to current web accessibility standards (GDS).
• Wider front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JS, and jQuery.
• Experience in database design and analysis in an MS SQL environment.
• Knowledge of working with 3rd-party APIs to build integrations with govService.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of £38,364 - £49,083, plus a range of excellent benefits.
