About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Design Engineer to join our busy department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the design of scaffolding, including tube and fitting, system scaffolds, mast climbing work platforms, and hoists.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in scaffolding design
  • Experience working with large scaffolding companies as a designer
  • Proficiency in 3D design software such as Solidworks, AutoCAD 3D, and BricsCad
  • Ability to work in a demanding and busy environment to meet deadlines
  • Current UK/Irish driving license
  • Experience in the Rail, Air, or Industrial business is an advantage
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, or a minimum HNC in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Ability to produce design work and calculations for large scaffolding projects
