Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular build projects and experience working with main contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of trades and sub-contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Complete snagging reports and ensure that all defects are addressed.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise labor on site and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to site.
- Attend site meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Experience working on modular build projects and with main contractors.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Experience leading a team and managing labor on site.
- CSCS and First Aid certifications.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
