Paralegal Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal Intern to join our team at Volvo Group. As a Paralegal Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects within different areas of law, assisting the Legal Counsel with regular team responsibilities.

• Review and update contractual templates to reflect changes in legislation.
• Assist with drafting commercial contracts.
• Identify and implement necessary changes in business processes to reflect regulatory change.
• Draft internal policy documentation, briefing notes, and training materials to educate the business on legal issues.
• Carry out due diligence and take steps to mitigate risk, as part of the compliance function.
• Participate in additional stand-alone team projects.

• Studying for a qualifying law degree (LLB).
• 2 years completed – placement between 2nd & 3rd study years.
• Academic grades on track for a First or High 2:1 in their chosen studies.
• Advanced communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and proficient in written/spoken English.
