Job Title: Food Safety Compliance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team at Lorien. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor food safety practices and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with site teams to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulations
* Develop and maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
* Provide training and support to site teams on food safety best practices

Requirements:

* Authorised food officer or environmental health officer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in food safety enforcement
* BSC (Hons) Environmental Health and REHIS Diploma in Environmental Health/EHORB; or Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection: or Higher Certificate in Food Standards and in Food Control
* HACCP level 4
* Official Control Verification certificate
