We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations to join our London-based team. As a key player in our commercial processes, you'll be responsible for optimizing sales strategies, managing essential tools, and delivering insights to drive top performance across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized sales processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • IDentify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and execute solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving targets and company objectives.

Commercial Tools & CRM Management:

  • Oversee the full suite of sales tools, including CRM, analytics, and forecasting systems, ensuring each is optimized to support decision-making.
  • Train sales teams to leverage tools effectively, maximizing their potential to drive revenue.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and detailed reports that reflect key metrics like pipeline health, revenue, and bookings.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership, supporting the development of informed strategies and tactical adjustments.

Sales Forecasting & Planning:

  • Lead the sales planning process, collaborating with Finance to develop accurate sales forecasts and capacity models.
  • Set quarterly and annual targets and create incentive programs to motivate and guide the sales team toward success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • At least 7+ years in Sales/Commercial Operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in operational excellence in sales operations roles.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce, including configuration and optimization.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot and other data analysis tools.
  • Fluent in data and able to interpret and use analytic skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, dependent on experience
