The Strategic Commercial Operations Manager plays a critical role in this mission, supporting the team to provide best-in-class stakeholder engagement, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions. This involves collaboration with leaders in Finance, People, and Legal functions, as their missions are linked to that of the Commercial team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Providing essential operational support for all commercial functions, including Business Performance Reporting, Pricing Analysis, Revenue Budgeting, Digital Enablement, Key Account Management, and Synthesis of Market Sentiment.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with European Region Head, Sector and Office Heads, Commercial Functional Leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.

To be successful, you will have experience in a consulting firm or adjacent organisation, with a track record of high performance across analytical/technical capabilities and senior stakeholder engagement/PMO capabilities. You should possess:

  • A high degree of commercial acumen and experience working on strategic issues.
  • Excellent quantitative analytics skills, including fluency in Excel and experience with advanced analytics platforms.
  • Masterful MS office skills, with the ability to develop presentations for C- and Board-level audiences.
  • Rapid fluency in relevant enterprise software platforms and other applications in the commercial/finance/marketing tech-stack.
