IT Infrastructure Technical Lead - Cloud Expert

DGH Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring full service is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the technical escalation point for team members and others.
  2. Work closely with line management to develop the team and provide regular updates on all current work streams.
  3. Design and support network infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security of all connected systems and services.
  4. Manage and maintain the server and systems estate.
  5. Collaborate with the Information Security team to maintain the firm's information security systems.

Required Skills/Experience:

  1. Strong appreciation for ITIL methodologies.
  2. Microsoft Azure experience including implementation, management, and support.
  3. Building and supporting Servers running Windows Server.
  4. Checkpoint Firewall management.
  5. High-level experience of Switches and Routers.
  6. Experience managing Active Directory and AAD.
  7. Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 email administration and management.
  8. Office 365 - applications management.
  9. Voice Over IP telephony/Teams.
  10. Server virtualisation technology.
