Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician

PRS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Operations and Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance and project tasks, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with agreed methods, risk assessments, SLAs, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routines unsupervised, including PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services
  • Perform HVAC/AHU plant maintenance, including cause and effect testing
  • Trade trained with significant experience in building services
  • Hold a Level 3 C&G in electro technical discipline
  • C&G 2391 or equivalent in Inspection and Testing (desirable)
Requirements:
  • National Security Vetting clearance process
  • Additional Bank security checks in accordance with the Bank policy

As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team delivering electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance and project activities in London. You will work a shift pattern of (4 on 3 off, 3 on 1 off, 3 on 3 off, and 4 on 7 off) across 4 weeks, for which you will receive an additional shift allowance.
