Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or a related field, together with relevant engineering accreditations. Proven experience in safety engineering, regulatory compliance, or related roles with a focus on electro-mechanical and electronic systems is essential. Key responsibilities include:
  • Specifying Safety and Reliability requirements and leading design, analysis, and testing activities
  • Co-ordinating on-site commissioning and troubleshooting activities to ensure systems are working safely and effectively
  • Actively engaging in providing input to the project team to optimize both system and product design concerning safety and reliability

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable knowledge of, and experience in, the application of UK and International system engineering processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in computer usage and data processing, are also essential. Ability to drive and own system design definition, configuration control and design change management is required. Sound HVAC knowledge is preferred.
