Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and create tailored solutions for customers
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in in-store events and demonstrations to showcase products and techniques
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product knowledge
- Meet sales targets and contribute to driving business growth
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Makeup Artist or in a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup application and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly across various shifts and days
- Familiarity with the Bobbi Brown brand and its values
