Construction Project Management Opportunity

We are recruiting a Senior Site Engineer to oversee residential development projects in the East Midlands region. As part of our client's team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary and Career Development

The salary for this position is £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, including excellent benefits such as training incentives, career development opportunities, a van, fuel card, bonus scheme, private medical insurance, and full-time employment status.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site work, including earthworks, drainage, and foundation.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, managing subcontractor works, and quantifying/ordering materials.
  • Manage project progress and timelines.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain HSEQ standards.
