Job Title: Management Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accounts Assistant to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our accounting team, you will provide financial transaction advice and support to our management accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce invoices relating to income and funding recharges
  • Lead on the coordination of income recharges
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage and provide advice on income reconciliations
  • Analyze, monitor, and assist with reporting key financial information on income and pay
  • Produce financial reports and assist with developing systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience preparing accounts, budgets, forecasts, supporting schedules, and reconciliations
  • Possession of AAT-qualified or similar accountancy training
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and variance analysis, including income, expenses, forecasts, and budgets
  • Strong technical abilities, particularly in analyzing financial datasets with Office 365 (Microsoft Excel) and practical understanding of accounting software
