Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accounts Assistant to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our accounting team, you will provide financial transaction advice and support to our management accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce invoices relating to income and funding recharges
- Lead on the coordination of income recharges
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage and provide advice on income reconciliations
- Analyze, monitor, and assist with reporting key financial information on income and pay
- Produce financial reports and assist with developing systems and processes
Requirements:
- Experience preparing accounts, budgets, forecasts, supporting schedules, and reconciliations
- Possession of AAT-qualified or similar accountancy training
- Proficiency in data interpretation and variance analysis, including income, expenses, forecasts, and budgets
- Strong technical abilities, particularly in analyzing financial datasets with Office 365 (Microsoft Excel) and practical understanding of accounting software
