We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our educational setting, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs. This role requires a compassionate and adaptable individual with experience in Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and speech and language delays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Modify lesson plans to suit various abilities and learning styles, ensuring each student is engaged and supported.
  • Manage behaviour effectively, using visual aids and consistent routines to provide stability for students.
  • Work on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and across the classroom, adapting your approach as needed.
  • Support speech and language development through tailored exercises and interactive activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate and deliver high-quality support for students.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and a constructive learning environment within the classroom.

Estimated salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
