About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our team at Olivia Ruella Limited. As a bookkeeper in practice, you will be responsible for handling a range of bookkeeping duties and services, including preparing and submitting VAT and CIS returns, processing payroll, and providing financial support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a range of bookkeeping duties and services, including financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process payroll, including salary and benefit administration
  • Provide financial support to clients, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
