Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide critical support to our project managers and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, mailings, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
