Member Experience Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Member Experience Manager to join our team at PMR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, community engagement, and event planning. You will be responsible for coordinating monthly community events, developing connections between members, and creating digital monthly newsletters and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly community events and promote member engagement
- Develop connections between members
- Create digital monthly newsletters and communications
- Work with building management to solve issues
- Gather feedback on the building and participate in delivering solutions
- Manage member behaviour and collate reports to share with management
- Schedule and host new member introductions
