Are you passionate about the outdoors and eager to develop your skills as an instructor? Our L3 Activity Leader apprenticeship is the perfect opportunity to combine your love of adventure with a rewarding career.

As an apprentice, you'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-adrenaline outdoor activities, design and run your own sessions, and undertake external National Governing body (NGB) qualifications.

Our immersive outdoor experiences are designed to challenge and inspire, and you'll have the chance to work with groups of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you're looking for a fast-track teaching route or a fun and sociable gap year, our apprenticeship program has something for everyone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a range of outdoor activities using specialist equipment
  • Designing and running your own sessions
  • Undertaking NGB qualifications
  • Providing entertainment and delivering fun experiences
  • Ensuring equipment and safety checks are conducted in line with company procedures

Our apprenticeship program offers a range of benefits, including:
