We are seeking an experienced HLTA to join our team at a Specialist school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in SEMH and SEND support, and will be responsible for supporting pupils in developing their day-to-day and academic skills, as well as their social emotional needs.
The role will involve providing interventions and cover classes across the school, and working closely with teachers to develop learning activities that meet the needs of our pupils.
We are looking for a highly skilled HLTA with experience of working with complex A.S.D./SEMH pupils, and who is able to provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
